Selection Procedures:
- Initial inquiry via telephone, followed by parental receipt of the brochure.
- Attendance at an information evening, or an independent viewing of the school, including a video or slide presentation, if available. The more extensive package of information may be distributed at this time, if it was not done beforehand.
- Interview with the Principal and/or relevant staff members for applicants from Pre-school through Grade 12 and their parents. This discussion will clarify the philosophical and practical concerns of all parties.
- Completion of the pre-enrolment questionnaire (see below) may be requested at this time, or within the first few months of enrolment, if the information gained through interview with the parents and student(s) was insufficient.
- Formal acceptance of the prospective student by the school administration, given orally or in a written form, provided there is a match of philosophical and practical goals observed.
- Completion of the Registration/Information sheets on each student, detailing practical information required. A copy of these forms shall be given to each family.
- Payment of Registration Fee and appropriate book fees. Submission of post-dated tuition cheques, as well as relevant prior school records, must occur at this time.
